It simply warns the player when they have no aura or the crusader aura active and they are in combat. The screen will pulse when this happens which is easy to notice over text in the chat log.
The Tankadin2 mod is a requirement as this mod is dependent on it. Please be sure to download Tankadin2 from here if you don't already have it.
