There are two different modes. A tank mode for when you are wearing a shield and a ret mode otherwise. Both modes remind you when you don't have a blessing, aura, or seal. Ret mode displays active dps abilities. Tank mode shows usable tank abilities. Config screen is in the standard wow menu Interface/Addons/PallyPownage.
